What should I upgrade? It's my computer. Needing an upgrade video card.

Hello. I'm 15. Finnaly received a flat panel monitor. I am very experienced with a computer. Do almost everything. Donrt take bragging please I hate when people do that. Anyways. I have a Pentium 4 – HyperThreading 3.00 GHz 2.99 GHz HT. (2 CPUs) 1.50 GB of RAM. Currently I have an nVidia 9300 GS in it. 512 MB to be exact. I have only $ 130. Of course my job: (I play games on the IBM but the nVidia 9300 GS is not the greatest card. Essentially what I mean by that. What would a good graphics card to play = Doom 3, Halo 1, Halo 2, Call of Duty 5 (and all others), Need for Speed, Grand Theft Auto, Far Cry 2, Half Life 2, etc., the Nvidia GeForce some of these plays low to medium Some games (Halo 1, Grand Theft Auto) I'm on a limited budget. I need a graphics card under $ 130 that can play high demanding games at a decent quality. Basically, a map Grpahic Kickass less $ 130. Please help
