which one is better to buy an LCD monitor + TV Tuner Box or LCD & Why?

I want to buy an LCD TV but I do not know which option is best. a computer screen LCD + External TV Tuner or an LCD. Please guide

It depends on what your source is. A tuner is only valid for an antenna and unscrambled cable, but is good value for just watching TV from these sources. You would need an external box for some other sources. Monitor a computer (as opposed a TV monitor), usually has a video of the computer, or without a sub-minimum sound system. Should be external converters to accept standard video systems. If it were me, I would go for a TV tuner.
