Do you need to use splitters dazzle?

I just bought a new video creator dazzle platinum and had problems with the Studio software to locate the aircraft. I installed a driver DVC100 needed on the computer and let me at least the device Pick-dazzle, but when I select a device in the studio it doesn't show? dispatchers would solve this problem or is it something else? Until Now my installation is a TV (monitor output)> Dual AV cable> Dazzle Device> Laptop

No this is not a separation problem. What do you expect to see the TV output. Not what is shown on TV I hope, is just gathering which is the flow from TV in. It looks like you may be a driver conflict. Check Device Manager system, and ensure that no clashes are present and functioning properly. It can not resolve your problem, but it'sa start.
